Once your payment is cleared and your ticket is confirmed, you will receive email confirmation of your booking with Jetstay.
You do not have to call Jetstay to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can login to your account and click on manage booking or call our customer service team anytime.
For domestic flight you do not need to confirm your flight, however for international flights we recommend calling airline directly and confirming your flights 48 hours before departure.
You can request for seats at the check-in counter, some airlines offer online checking through their website where you can select seat of your choice.
Cancellation and booking change process is different for each individual airline. They are mentioned under fare rules on the booking page at the time of making the reservation. besides the airline cancellation fee, Jetstay charges standard fee of Rs. 300 for online cancelation and changes. Rs. 500 for bookings cancelled or changed through our call center. These charges are for per passenger per sector.
To make any type of change to your flight reservation, please contact our customer service team (MON to SAT From 10AM to 6PM).
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight. You will receive your e-ticket in your email after we confirm your booking, usually within few seconds after completing the booking on Jetstay, but sometimes it may take 20 to 30 min.
Print your e-ticket and bring it with you to the airport along with a valid government photo ID when checking in for your flight.
Simply show your print out of an e-ticket confirmation to airline checking counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass afterwards.
Currently we accept payments using credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
Jetstay uses SSL Certificates. Any information you enter when transacting over Jetstay is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties. This is a standard practice used by all major online vendors.
The Security Code is security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.
Visa/MasterCard: Three-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field. American Express: Four-digit number on the front of the card on the right hand side above the card number.
